Westminster Hall debate : Railway services to South West

I see there is an upcoming (14th January) debate at Westminster.being opened by MP for Newton Abbott on Railway Services in the South West.
Thought I would link it in case anyone is interested, or any snippets of plans, or what way South West MPs expect the railway to progress get revealed.
